People would rather pay than get something for free?
Posted by: Pauls Brain in Working OnlineI recently sent out a email offering to submit peoples articles to up to 400 sites/blogs for free, I thought this was a good bonus for owners of Article Helper Pro.
It sort of completes the circle, they use Article Helper Pro to write the articles and then I distribute the articles for them.
No charge, all they have to do is send me the articles and some other details and i do all the work..
Out of the 70 people I emailed, One person took me up on it!
I spoke to a mate of mine and he suggested various reasons for the low take up.
:- They didn’t understand what I am offering
:- They don’t trust free stuff
:- They see no value in more links
:- I didn’t sell the offer to them
:- It is work and people don’t really want to do any of that
So basically, I need to explain how it will help them, sell it more and explain why it is free and it would be better if I put a monetary value on it. You know like on the bonus pages, “This ebook is worth $47 but you get it for free”
I never thought it would be so hard to help people..lol
